Agreement and eligibility
By accessing zafso.com or using a ZAFSO workspace, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the workspace for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. The workspace is not open for public registration and is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
The public clothing website is informational unless a separate checkout or sales agreement is presented. A store invoice, written order, or other specific sales terms may govern an actual clothing purchase.
Accounts and permissions
Owners create shops and invite staff. Managers and cashiers receive different permissions, and users may act only within their assigned role and shops. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use Google sign-in only with an account you control, and notify the organization owner promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Organization owners are responsible for staff invitations, role assignments, access removal, shop configuration, and activity performed through accounts they authorize. Sharing accounts or attempting to bypass permissions is prohibited.
Business and financial records
ZAFSO provides tools for inventory, GST calculations, checkout, purchasing, payments, invoices, returns, corrections, and profit reporting. The organization remains responsible for product, price, tax, customer, supplier, stock, and transaction accuracy and for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
The service is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Posted records may be preserved and corrected through reversal or replacement entries rather than deletion to protect audit integrity. Organizations must keep any additional records required by law and independently verify filings and business decisions.
Email and WhatsApp communications
ZAFSO may send transactional emails for invitations, authentication, password resets, security, and service administration. Authorized users may request delivery of an invoice PDF to a customer’s WhatsApp number.
The organization is responsible for collecting phone numbers lawfully, confirming the intended recipient, respecting communication preferences, and obtaining any consent required before initiating a WhatsApp message. Users must not use invoice delivery for marketing, spam, harassment, or unrelated messages.
Acceptable use
You must not access another organization or shop without permission; probe or circumvent security; upload malicious content; interfere with availability; automate abusive requests; misrepresent transactions or identity; infringe rights; use the service unlawfully; or attempt to extract credentials, secrets, source code, or data beyond your authorized access.
We may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant audit information, apply rate limits, and suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or others.
Ownership and content
ZAFSO and its licensors own the website design, software, brand names, text, graphics, and other service materials, excluding information entered by organizations and users. Subject to these terms, authorized users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the workspace for internal business operations.
Organizations retain their rights in information they enter and grant ZAFSO permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service and meet legal obligations.
Third-party services
ZAFSO relies on services such as MongoDB, hosting and network providers, Google authentication, Resend email, Cloudflare, and Meta’s WhatsApp platform. Their availability and handling of information are also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party changes or outages outside our reasonable control.
Availability, changes, and termination
We may maintain, update, modify, or discontinue features and may temporarily interrupt access for security, maintenance, provider failures, or events outside reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Users may stop using the service at any time. Owners may remove staff access. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, or non-payment under any separate commercial agreement. Record retention after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and workspace are provided on an “as available” basis without implied guarantees that are not expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, ZAFSO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from misuse, inaccurate inputs, unauthorized account activity, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Each party remains responsible for losses caused by its fraud, wilful misconduct, or other liability that law does not permit it to limit.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless applicable law requires another forum.
Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected]. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to any additional notice or consent required by law.
